WAKING UP EARLY ,THE ART OF GETTING IT DONE.


We all at some point in our life want to give ourself a more amount of time whatever be the reason,To do something extra ,Planning something special,To study and many many more.

       Most of the time we even try and succeed but next day we feel tired and sick.

         SO HERE I AM TO GIVE YOU THE HACKS OR THE SO CALLED TRICKS TO WAKE UP EARLY AND MOST IMPORTANT DOING IT EFFICIENTLY.

STEPS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN........

[1] SCHEDULE/PLAN YOUR NEXT DAY BEFORE YOU SLEEP ...
                                       SOUNDS GOOD! I HAVE TRIED IT MANY TIMES AND MOST OF THE TIME I WOKE UP WELL BEFORE MY ALARM CLOCK YELLED..
 
[2] EAT LESS IN DINNER../EAT EARLY
                                      EATING LARGE BREAKFASTS AND , LUNCH AND LESS IN DINNER NOT ONLY MAINTAINS YOUR HEALTH BUT ALSO IMPROVES IT.
 IF THE FOOD IS TAKEN EARLIER IT IS  NOT ONLY DIGESTED BETTER,YOU SLEEP WELL AND WAKE UP ENERGISED TOO.

[3] DRINK WATER WHEN YOU WAKE UP
                GETTING HYDRATED IS NOT A BAD IDEA ,THE WATER WILL ALERT YOU AND WILL NOT LET YOU FEEL SLEEPY. IT WILL BE BETTER IF THE WATER IS LITTLE COLD.

[4] AVOID USING SMARTPHONES AND OTHER GADGETS BEFORE YOU SLEEP
                WHILE USING THIS GADGETS, YOUR BRAIN SENDS THE MESSAGE TO YOUR BRAIN THAT IT IS STILL DAY AND IT DO NOT LET YOU FALL SLEEP. SO BETTER YOU AVOID IT.

[5] SLEEP EARLY
              SLEEP ACCORDINGLY AS WHEN YOU HAVE TO WAKE UP. IT WILL ADJUST YOUR REGULAR SLEEP PATTERNS. TRY TO REDUCE YOUR SLEEPING TIME SLOWLY LIKE 10-15 MINUTES PER DAY.
   REMEMBER MINIMUM 6-7 HRS OF SLEEP IS MUST FOR AN AVERAGE ADULT.

[6] DO REGULAR EXERCISE/YOGA IS A GOOD IDEA 
           GET SOME FRESH AIR AFTER WAKING UP. THERE IS A DIFFERENT SOOTHING ENERGY IN THE MORNING. GO OUT AND ENJOY THE SUNLIGHT.

[7] PUT THE ALARM CLOCK ACROSS THE ROOM / FAR FROM YOUR BED
         NOW TO SNOOZE THE ALARM CLOCK YOU REALLY HAVE TO GET OFF YOUR BED WHICH IS THE MOST DIFFICULT TASK SPECIALLY IF IT IS COLD OUTSIDE YOU BLANKET. GETTING OFF YOUR BED WILL REALLY WAKE UP YOU HALF AND THEN IT IS YOUR WILL POWER WHICH PLAYS ITS ROLE ...

[8] GET ENOUGH SLEEP {SERIOUSLY}
               WAKING UP EARLY DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO COMPROMISE ON YOUR SLEEP HOURS GET ENOUGH SLEEP. IF YOU WANT TO WAKE UP MORE EARLIER TRY TO SLEEP ERLIER.

[9] BE CONSISTENT AND ADJUST GRADUALLY
                      NOTHING HAPPENS IN ONE NIGHT OK,THINGS TAKES TIME TO HAPPEN LET IT TAKE SOME TIME AND ACCORDINGLY GO WITH THE FLOW.
                      * CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY*

[10] BELIEVE IN YOURSELF /WAKE UP WITH A REASON AND BE GRATEFUL....
                  AFTER ALL YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING SO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF BE GRATEFUL ABOUT THINGS YOU HAVE. WHEN YOU WAKE UP SHOW YOUR GRATITUDE TO EVERYONE ,YOUR PARENTS ,YOUR FRIENDS, YOUR TEACHERS, TO THE BED, EVERYTHING YOU SEE.

     SAY THANK YOU TO THE SUN BECAUSE YOU KNOW IT IS POWERING EVERY CELL OF OUR BODY ,IT IS POWERING THE WHOLE EARTH.
     ONE STUDY SHOWED THAT IF OUR SUN DISSAPEAR FOR 24 HOURS COMPLETELY OR IT GOES AWAY THERE WILL BE NO LIFE ON EARTH WE ALL BE GONE . EVERYTHING WILL JUST FREEZE BY THE IMMENSE TEMPERATURE DROP.

  2. SCHEDULE/PLAN YOUR NEXT DAY BEFORE YOU SLEEP ...i cant believe on this line becoz wtevr we plaaned for next day that planed not completed nd other lines are awsm keep it up bro 😊
